KEY VERSES: Era 3:10-13, "And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the Lord, they set the priests in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites the sons of Asaph with cymbals, to praise the Lord, after the ordinance of David king of Israel. And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the Lord; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid. But many of the priests & Levites and chief of the fathers, who were ancient men, that had seen the first house, when the foundation of this house was laid before their eyes, wept with a loud voice; and many shouted aloud for joy: So that the people could not discern the noise of the shout of joy from the noise of the weeping of the people: for the people shouted with a loud shout, & the noise was heard afar off."
Acts 2:1-4, And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, & it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, & began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
SUPPORT VERSE: Isa 66:1, "Thus saith the Lord, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my foots- tool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? (Do not delete)
TITLE: "THE WIND IS BLOWING AGAIN" JCRC brethren we all need spiritual awakening & revival. We all need God's Word inside our heart as burning fire shut-up in our bones, so that our first love should ignite the longing, the waiting, and our watching to that glorious appearance of our Lord Jesus, our bride- groom.
By the way, do you hear the rushing mighty wind or the sound of mighty revival? If not, Tell your neighbor... WAKE UP! or Kapatid, Gising! Yes, all of us! Our land need healing. Why? Because of the ... CRISIS OF THE CENTURY: Act 19:2, "He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost."
The Pandemic crisis makes our God homeless and throneless. Who is sitting at the throne of our heart? GOOD NEWS:
2Chr 7:14, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
Then and only then, we begin to invest in stock and bond & to restore our God to His proper place of supremacy in our lives sitting in the throne of our heart, therefore spiritual awakening comes. It's supernatural and it's the product of great revival, and our God has a dwelling place, therefore, He is not homeless and throneless! Glory to God.
Shout Amen 3x.
CHALLENGE: Mighty revival or spiritual awakening such as Holy Spirit sensitivity, worship oriented and altar consciousness begins with the forsaking of wrong & acceptance of right. Revival will ignite our faith to humble ourselves in prayer, repentance, fasting, Word of God. That's all what make the big difference!
I. INTRODUCTION: First thing first, please be reminded about - The three dynamics of "I Will ..." 1. Joel 2:28, "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; & your sons & your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:" This is the refreshing. "And he shall be like a tree..."
2. Mat 16:18, "And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, & upon this rock I will build my church: and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." The called, chosen & faithful glorious bride.
3. John 14:3, "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, & receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." Are we sick & tired of waiting and watching the rapture day?
II. MESSAGE: Our key verse is a conditional word of "IF" therefore directing us on:
A. Coming out of captivity. One of the essential element associated with the beginning of revival, whe- ther in an individual's life or in a congregation or nation, is that of being set free from captivity.
People often are hostage to their family roots. Scars from broken home or abusive past often haunt people well into their adult years. Multitudes are held captive to chemical addictions. Ever greater num- bers in our society are hostage to pornography via the accessibility of internet & media players.
For a person to fully enjoy a personal revival or spiritual awakening, he must be brought out of captivity. 1. Deliverance is a first priority. It is God's priority to deliver people, however deliverance involves two essential elements.
