These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the My Teez Store website and orders placed through the store. My Teez Store is operated by Digital Consultancy and Services. Please review these terms and the applicable product information before ordering.

Website Use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or misuse another person's information.

Product Information

My Teez Store sells a mix of ready-made and personalized or custom-configured products. Personalization is available only where the product page provides the relevant fields and options. Review the description, images, available sizes and options, and any confirmed product-specific information before ordering.

Pricing

Review the product price, selected option pricing and checkout total before paying. Any applicable charges shown at checkout form part of the displayed total.

Product pricing and availability may change for future orders. If an error affecting an order is identified, we will review it and contact you about the next steps rather than treating these terms as permission to charge you an undisclosed amount.

Orders and Payment

Provide a complete name, email address and shipping address, and review your items, quantities, options and personalization before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. A canceled, incomplete or failed payment is not a paid order.

Keep your order confirmation and order number for future questions. Payment confirmation records payment and order details; it does not mean that the item has already been produced or shipped.

Personalization

You are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, names, dates, text and selections before checkout. Personalization instructions are retained with the order for fulfillment. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or abusive customization requests, and only provide content that you have the right to use.

If you need to correct personalization after ordering, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be promised once production or fulfillment has begun. These terms do not create a blanket no-return rule for personalized products.

Order Review and Cancellation Requests

Orders may require review of product availability, personalization instructions or other order details. If an issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you regarding the order and next steps, subject to applicable law.

To request a cancellation or change, contact us promptly through the Contact page. A request does not guarantee cancellation or a change, particularly after production or fulfillment has begun.

Shipping

Shipping availability and estimates may vary by product and destination. Production or processing time and carrier transit time are separate. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and promptly reporting any error. See Shipping Information. No universal delivery guarantee is made.

Returns and Order Issues

For an item that arrives damaged, defective or materially different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number, an explanation and relevant photos. Contact us before returning anything. Eligibility may differ by product and circumstances; please contact us about your specific request. See Returns & Order Issues.

Intellectual Property

Store branding, website content and product designs may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights. Do not copy or use protected materials without appropriate permission. Customer-provided personalization must not infringe another person's rights.

Prohibited Use

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful purchases, infringement, harassment, security attacks or attempts to manipulate prices or payment information. Do not submit content or instructions that violate another person's rights.

Liability and Legal Rights

No statement on this website guarantees uninterrupted access or a universal delivery outcome. Responsibility for an issue depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or to remove mandatory consumer rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date on this page. Review the current terms before placing a new order. Updates do not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
